Despite our care, we cannot be held responsible for the use of the products.

Pacifier cord

  • Use: A pacifier cord is not a toy and is only intended to prevent the pacifier from being lost.
  • Length: The pacifier cord may not be longer than 22 cm without clip and 25 cm with clip, to avoid the risk of choking.
  • Knots: Do not lengthen the cord and never untie the knots.
  • Inspection: Check the pacifier cord for loose parts or wear before each use.
  • Cleaning: Clean the pacifier clip with a damp cloth and lukewarm water. Make sure the clip does not get wet.
  • Attachment: Always attach the clip to the child's clothing.
  • Sleeping: Never put your baby to bed with a pacifier cord.
  • Supervision: Never leave your baby alone with the pacifier cord and always supervise.
  • Biting: A pacifier cord is not intended for biting.
  • Usage: Stop using the pacifier cord if parts become loose.

Guidelines for Pacifier Cords according to NEN Standard 12586:

  • Length: A pacifier holder or pacifier cord may be a maximum of 22 cm long without a clip.
  • Width: The cord must be at least 2 mm wide.

Never leave your child alone with our products, but always under the supervision of a parent or caregiver. Our products are handmade and may contain small beads that can cause choking. Therefore, always check the products before and after use for loose parts, wear and cracks.

May Mays cannot be held liable for accidents that occur when using our products. As a parent/guardian, you are responsible for the safety of your child. Use is entirely at your own risk.
